Special Meeting

BRISTOL, SS: To any Constable of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM:
GREETING:
In the name of the COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants and voters of that part of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the NORTH RAYNHAM WATER DISTRICT qualified to vote in elections to meet at the Raynham Senior Center located at 2215 King Philip Street, Raynham Massachusetts on Monday, 14th day of April two-thousand and eight at seven oclock P.M. for the following purpose to wit:

| ARTICLE 1 | To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
|
| ARTICLE 2 | To see if the District will vote to transfer from the System Development Fee, the sum of $200,000.00 for the installation of a second water main on the Route 138 Overpass Bridge of Route 495 or take any action relative thereto.
|
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at two or more places in the District at least fourteen (14) days before the time of meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the District Clerk at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.
