The Mass Department of Environmental Protection is requiring watering
restrictions under the District's new withdrawal permit as follows:
MAY 1st TO SEPTEMBER 30th
TUESDAY and THURSDAY ONLY
5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
&
5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
HAND HELD HOSE ANYTIME
First violation of the season will be a WARNING
Each Subsequent daily violation regardless of Phase will be a $250.00
STRICTLY ENFORCED
ALL PRIVATE WELLS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRICT
