    The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs has Declared a Level 1- Mild Drought in the Southeast and Islands Regions.
    Restrictions required under the district's new withdrawal permit are as follows

    Effective Immediately Only One Day Per Week

    THURSDAY ONLY
    5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
    &
    5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

    HAND HELD HOSE ANYTIME

    First violation of the season will be a WARNING

    Each Subsequent daily violation regardless of Phase will be a $250.00

    STRICTLY ENFORCED


    ALL PRIVATE WELLS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRICT
