Phase 3

    The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs has Declared a Level 2- Significant Drought in the Southeast and Islands Regions.
    Restrictions required under the district's new withdrawal permit are as follows:

    Effective Immediately Only One Day Per Week

    WEDNESDAY ONLY

    HAND HELD-HOSE or WATERING CANS

    First violation of the season will be a WARNING

    Each Subsequent daily violation regardless of Phase will be a $250.00

    STRICTLY ENFORCED

    ALL PRIVATE WELLS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRICT
